NCO Requirements:

  • Must act as a role model for their branch and org when able to play

  • Must be helpful and supportive of others

  • Must exemplify org values

  • Is expected to provide support and input into org development

  • Must support training and development of new members with occasional support for onboarding sessions

  • Must put org support before personal playtime when available

CO Requirements:

  • Must be very active (more than 8 hours per week on average). 

  • Must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills. 

  • Must be capable of liasing with other branches and have strong relations with them.

  • Must be capable of developing the operational structure and concept for the branch. 

  • Must be capable of assessing and coaching more junior officers. Must have a strong drive that is focused on the branch and the org development. 

  • Must demonstrate strong org loyalty and exemplify org values. 

  • Must have lived up to the responsibilites of the previous rank. 

  • Must demonstrate strong conflict management capabilities.

NCO Responsibilities:

  • Get in discord chat when playing and able

  • Abide by org values and follow comms etiquette

  • Sign up for events you wish to attend, adjust your attendance status if things change

  • Turn up for events on time, at the right place, with no crimestat and with the correct org equipment

  • Help with training and onboarding

  • Help in an advisory role to senior officers

  • Follow the directions of superiors, support juniors

CO Responsibilities:

  • Extreme expectations.

  • A Captain has the overall responsibility for their branch / section of branch (later), they represent the branch and must ensure the day to day running, together with the strategic direction of the branch. 

  • They must work with their senior and junior officers to create an effective and fun branch. 

  • They must develop and grow the branch. 

  • This includes monitoring CIG development and adjusting strategy based on new features and implementations. 

  • They represent the org with other orgs and are able to establish new relationships with them, be it for training, cooperative events, org v org fights etc. They are not authorized to grant an alliance without consultation with Flag officers and other captains. 

  • They must provide the list of promotions to the Flag officers no less than 5 days before the end of a given month.
