At this level, attitude becomes more valuable than simple qualifications. This rank can be removed if members fail to live up to these values.
Must act as a role model for their branch when able to play
Must be helpful and supportive of others

CO Requirements:
Must be very active (more than 6 hours per week on average).
Must have demonstrated ability to run training events and onboarding events.
Must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Must have lived up to the responsibilites of the previous rank.
Must demonstrate the ability to delagte effectively.
NCO Responsibilities:
Get in discord chat when playing and able
Abide by org values and follow comms etiquette
Sign up for events you wish to attend, adjust your attendance status if things change
Turn up for events on time, at the right place, with no crimestat and with the correct org equipment
Help in an advisory role to junior officers
Follow the directions of superiors, support juniors
CO Responsibilities:
Above average expectations.
Is expected to set-up, and run onboarding sessions and training events.
To coach and evaluate crewmen and other junior officers.
To organize teams to support objectives set by senior officers.
To help solve rather than escalating conflicts.
To make recommendations for promotions.
Must be active in recruiting new members to the org.
