NCO Requirements:
Must have 7 certifications related to their branch
Must have 3 certifications from other parts of the org
Must act as a role model for their branch when able to play
Note, certificate levels count as seperate certifications.
CO Requirements:
Must be very active (more than 4 hours per week on average).
Must have the same certifications as Master Specialist.
Must have demonstrated leadership traits and already be a role model to others in the org.
Must attend at least 1 certification training session per month.
Must have lived up to the responsibilites of the previous rank.
NCO Responsibilities:
Get in discord chat when playing and able
Abide by org values and follow comms etiquette
Sign up for events you wish to attend, adjust your attendance status if things change
Turn up for events on time, at the right place, with no crimestat and with the correct org equipment
Follow the directions of superiors, support juniors
CO Responsibilities:
Average expectations.
As well as demonstrating a firm grasp of all the skills necessary within their branch the sub-lieutenant will be expected to take on minor leadership roles within events.
They should be capable of delivering onboarding and should be learning how to train others for certifications in their branch.
Attendance of training events is vital and partial lead to supervised full lead of training is expected.
